Transportation Geography

Transportation geography is a subfield of geography that explores the layout and structure of various roadways, as well as the advantages and limitations of different transportation modes. It examines how these factors are influenced by spatial patterns, economic activities, and social interactions. Our research aim is to address transportation insecurity in terms of Vulnerable Road User (VRU) experiences, contributing to a deeper understanding of the most secure transportation infrastructure for all.

Health Geography

Health geography is another subfield of geography. It explores the intricate connection between people, their environment, and health and how these factors influence well-being, disease, and overall quality of life.
Dr. Ward conducted a randomized control trial that examined the impact of sleep and diet on children. This study aimed to determine how improving these two crucial factors could influence children's health and development.
